If you say Richard, you wish a dinner with a cheesecake!
(Marsha's mother cheesecake).
so...Let's do it!
Recipe:
GREEDY PART!
1) Philadelphia cheese 920g
2) 2 cups of sugar
3) MIX (1) and (2)
4) Add 7 large eggs, one lemon juice, 2 spoons of flour, 2 tea spoon of vanilla
5) Add now 100g of cream 36%...and MIX IT AGAIN
MAKE THE BASE!
1) biscuits "digestive" crumbled + some cinnamon and mix it with some melted butter!
NOW sit the biscuits mix in a form and cool it down (in the refrigerator) for 15min.
Easy part: The "GREEDY-MIX" ON "THE BASE"...and --> OVEN
OVEN
1) one hour in the oven at 175C (DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN)
2) one hour in the oven OFF (DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN)
3) cooling for few hours out of the oven
USE a knife to separate the cake's edge from the form...
..FINALE: the cake has to "sleep" in the refrigerator for all night long!
